Just a Mom who cooks, cleans and chauffeurs her brood. Hoping for a thumbs up at every meal. Perhaps I will get chopped, ah that will never happen. So, I push on adding to my cookbook obsession. My kitchen wall overflows with books. Cupboards brimming with gadgets. What to do? Cook? Bake? I'd rather not clean. Often I totally screw up a recipe, like adding the sugar to the cream base and not the eggs while making ice cream. Get ready for cooking errors, kid critics and a whole lot of fine food. FOR GOODNESS SAKES KIDS I AM A MOM...NOT A CHEF!
